What is a flowchart block?
A flowchart block is a single element you add to your flowchart. You can store an unlimited number of phrase variations inside each flowchart block you have.
What happens when I reach the flowchart block limit in the Free plan?
You can still read, edit, and organize existing flowchart blocks as usual, but you won't be able to add new flowchart blocks.
You can delete existing flowchart blocks to free up your storage.
Can I delete flowchart blocks to free up my storage?
Yes, you can. You can delete flowchart blocks permanently to free up your storage.
Can I use Fabble for free?
Fabble is completely free to use. The Free plan has a storage limit (50 flowchart blocks per project). It is plenty for most people, and you can always delete the content you don't need to free up the storage.
What is the pricing for the Pro plan?
If you upgrade your workspace to Pro, you will be charged a $25 monthly fee.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle. Your subscription plan will be canceled right after that.
If you go over the project limit, your last three updated projects will be available as usual. Other projects will become read-only.
If you go over the flowchart block limit, the project becomes read-only.
You can still open read-only projects, view their content and delete flowchart blocks to free up some space. You can also download read-only projects as JSON files and import them back later. In read-only projects, you won't be able to add new blocks or phrase variations; edit existing blocks or phrase variations; play phrases and run the prototype; share the prototype or the whole project.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an email alerting you of the error.
We automatically re-try declined payments 4 times. If the payment is still not received after, you will be
downgraded to the FREE plan.
If you know that your card is going to expire, please update your credit card information in your account.
What payment methods does Fabble accept?
We currently use Paddle to process your payment. It's the same payment provider used in products such as Framer, Planyway, and Renderforest.
